There is only one thing to do when you want to marry someone: 
"tell darku or kreator Hey, I want to marry this XXX, for (s)he is so
cool and nice"

You must first meet these requirements in order to get married:
+ Both are over level 45/45 ...this just because I don't want to
  spend my whole time in here divorcing some utter newbies.

+ The other is male, other female. (there can come some changes to this..
  but so far it stands)
  EXTRA (READ THIS!): IF THE TWO PEOPLE WHO WANT TO GET MARRIED
  ARE NOT OF THE OPPOSITE SEX WHEN THEY GIVE ME (Kreator) A TELL,
  I WILL ZAP, YES ZAP, YOU WILL DIE, THIS IS IN CAPS BECAUSE IT
  SEEMS WE HAVE ILLITERATE MORTALS

  You'll get your wedding rings etc in the ceremony.

+ !NOTICE! Getting married requires you to book the church and the priest,
  which will cost 100,000 gp summed up.
